09:51 Feb 18.

Robert has not yet arrived at Craiginches and is apparently still in police custody. Craiginches seemed to think he would not arrive till Monday and advised me to phone Queen Street police station.

Could others please phone and ask to know where he is and how we can contact him? Number is 0845 600 5700.

When he does arrive at Craiginches if indeed that is where he’s being sent he will be given a prison number. To communicate with anyone in prison you always need their prison number.

If anyone finds out any more please let us know.

Robert in court in Aberdeen (4)

On Wednesday 11th May Robert appeared for the 4th time at Stonehaven Court Aberdeen for an 'intermediate diet' (Eng. interim hearing) to discuss administrative arrangements pending his forthcoming trial which the Crown had arranged in January should take place  in June.

INTERIM DIET AT STONEHAVEN SHERIFF COURT, ABERDEEN, 13 APRIL 2011

From Robert Green’s blog, 13 April 2011

Trial still planned to commence on 6thJune

At Stonehaven Court this morning, Sheriff Val Johnson did not accept Gerry Sweeney’s request that the trial should be delayed until my Legal Aid situation is resolved.

The Crown, represented by area Procurator Fiscal Anne Currie, argued that the trial should not be delayed as they have 50 witnesses lined up to appear during the week of 6thJune. She claimed that half these witnesses were “vulnerable” as they had suffered “trauma” as a result of my actions.

She appeared to claim that evidence disclosed for the previous charges which were dropped should be used for the existing charge. I do not understand the logic of this argument. She also claimed that the Crown had made full discosure of all evidence, which I do not believe to the the case.

A further intermediate diet will be held on May 11th.

I spoke to a reporter from the Press and Journal at some length after I left the court. He revealed to me that he had been contacted on several occasions by Greg Lance Watkins, a person who is hostile to Hollie and myself.

ROBERT TO SIMPSON and MARWICK SOLICITORS EDINBURGH, 3 MARCH 2011

Text of Robert’s letter to Peter Anderson of Simpson & Marwick Edinburgh 3 March 2011*

Dear Mr Anderson

Graham Buchanan v. Robert Green

With regard to your letter of 28th February, of which I am making the assumption that you are the author, although you do not conclusively identify yourself, could you confirm that you are refusing to provide home contact details for your client?

Of course, I intend to take very careful note of the conditions imposed on me, but I do feel that it is only fair that you should become acquainted with certain irrefutable facts and to that effect, I enclose the sworn statement of eminent psychologist Dr Eva Harding which identifies another of your clients [*]. The analysis and subsequent document was requested by Enable’s solicitor.

This document was largely responsible for the state’s acceptance the Hollie Greig had indeed been the victim of multiple crimes of sexual abuse by awarding her a total of £13,500 from public funds. You will also note Dr Harding’s unequivocal statement that Hollie had been sexually abused by two identified individuals and probably others who had access to her.

Another statement of support came from another eminent expert, Dr Jack Boyle.

Significantly, both of these formal statements were withheld by the authorities from the later PCCS [Police Complaints Commission Scotland] inquiry, along with two other documents dated 1990 and 1992 from Dr Paul Carter, the medical officer for Hollie’s school, clearly indicating that Hollie was at the very least, at serious sexual risk, in fact Mrs Greig (formerly Mrs Mackie) was never made aware of this information until she finally received her daughter’s medical notes in October 2009. Dr Carter was in no way to blame for these concealments.

Whilst I do fully appreciate that you may not regard the information as directed connected to the issue at hand and that you can only work on whatever information clients choose to disclose to you, I think it is only right that these facts are brought to your attention.

Yours sincerely

Robert Green

* Note: As well as acting for Sheriff Graham Buchanan (named by Hollie as one of her abusers) who is soliciting Robert for costs in respect of his public campaigning, Simpson & Marwick Solrs. also acted for Denis Mackie in the matter of Anne’s divorce proceedings. With guess who, Sheriff Buchanan presiding. (Hopefully this indicates a deficiency of seriously corrupt public officials in Scotland since the same names pop up everywhere, don't they? Ed.)
